Mark Fenton is a real estate attorney licensed to practice in Colorado with broad experience in residential real estate transactions and litigation. Mr. Fenton started his career at a Denver civil litigation firm representing plaintiffs in personal injury, real estate, and commercial cases. Mr. Fenton later started his own practice in 2019, where he now advises individuals and small businesses on a wide range of commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters.
In addition to Mr. Fenton’s transactional real estate experience, Mark also represents clients in real estate and commercial litigation, including evictions, fraud cases involving real estate, breach of fiduciary duty claims , title disputes, premises liability cases, and other financial disputes.
Mr. Fenton earned his law degree from Whittier Law School where he was a member of Law Review and focused his elective courses in real estate law. As an undergraduate at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Mr. Fenton earned his degree in political science and was a three-year letterman for the football team. After the University of Colorado, Mr. Fenton earned NFL experience by signing with the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans.
