Mark E. Fenton, Esq., is a real estate attorney licensed to practice in Colorado with broad experience in both residential real estate transactions and litigation. He advises individuals and small businesses on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters, providing strategic and comprehensive legal counsel tailored to each client’s needs.

Mr. Fenton began his legal career at a Denver civil litigation firm representing plaintiffs in personal injury, real estate, and commercial disputes. In 2019, he established his own practice, focusing on guiding clients through complex real estate transactions and protecting their interests in disputes involving evictions, real estate fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, partition actions, premises liability, and other real estate disputes.

Mr. Fenton earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where he was a member of Law Review and concentrated his studies in real estate law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he was a three-year letterman on the university’s football team. Following his collegiate career, Mr. Fenton gained NFL experience as a member of the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans.
