Professional Experience:
Shannon is a certified legal assistant, and as a former licensed real estate broker, she has had extensive experience in short sale coordination for real estate agents throughout Colorado. Shannon is passionate about helping people, and she draws on her experience in negotiating short sales to help homeowners work with their lending agents to avoid foreclosures.
Shannon has been with the Nesbitt firm since 2013 and manages operations for both the law firm and Nesbitt Commercial Group, a commercial real estate brokerage.
Educational Background:
Shannon received her certified legal assistant certification from the University of Colorado in Denver. She attended Bear Creek High School, graduating early via an accelerated educational program at Penn Foster.
